Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.  To facilitate our goals, we have developed the following financial options:

• Cash Adjustment - A cash adjustment of 5% will be subtracted from the total patient obligation (not from any portion due from your insurance company) if the patient obligation is paid in full at the first appointment visit.  Cash or personal check payments only; no credit cards can be used to receive this adjustment.
• Credit Card - MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
• Four Payment Zero Interest - The total obligation may be divided as follows:  50% due at the first treatment visit, the first of the three remaining payments due at second (seat) appointment.  The remaining two payments due 30 and 60 days after seat appointment.
